Upper face lift

A brow lift (a.k.a. a forehead lift, upper face lift) is a procedure utilized to correct a drooping brow and to restore a more youthful look. Laughing, crying, smiling and frowning are common facial expressions that involve the use of the forehead. Because your forehead is always moving, this eventually takes its toll on your skin. Together with aging, the result is eventually drooping eyebrows, forehead lines, and those ubiquitous frown lines. A sagging brow crowds the eyes and makes it appear that one is always frowning or angry. Often, a brow lift alone can correct upper eyelid skin excess that cannot be corrected with an eyelid lift alone. Raising the brows and tightening the upper face “opens up” the eyes, restoring a rested, more youthful look. A brow lift can be performed alone, or in conjunction with a face-neck lift and/or blepharoplasty.
