It is important to note that no hair will be shaved on top of the head to make the incisions. Through whichever incision is made, the skin is carefully lifted off the muscle and bone structures of the forehead, and the muscles are softened in the scowling area of the forehead.

Once the forehead is released from the eyebrow area, it is lifted and repositioned at a higher level, which elevates the eyebrows. Excess skin is removed, and the incision is meticulously closed with sutures. Drains are used to remove excess fluid and are removed 1-2 days after the surgery.
